Steve and Anna Stager are Novo missionaries based in Spokane, WA, in the heart of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, one of the most unreached corners of the US. They have a deep love for the area and seek to see God's Kingdom advanced here as Team Leaders with the global tribe Pioneering Initiatives.

Pioneering Initiatives is a collection of teams around the world committed to making disciples from among the harvest, developing emerging leaders, and planting new expressions of simple, multiplying churches. Pioneering Initiatives is one of the three tribes of ChurchNEXT, which is a division of Novo Mission Inc.

As Team Leader in Spokane, Steve brings over 20 years of missionary and pastoral experience to equip and coach emerging leaders to creatively make disciples of Jesus among the unreached.

As the Assistant Team Leader, Anna offers her gifts of shepherding and mercy to those in her life, helping people find healing and wholeness in Jesus.

Together, they are passionate to reach the unreached in the Pacific Northwest, planting a network of simple, multiplying churches, and equipping others to do the same.
